About

We are a small team of qualified childminders, working together to offer the best possible childcare in two beautiful farm settings. We follow a Forest School ethos and aim for children in our care to be outdoors as much as possible. We have two beautiful settings, each based on working family farms:

Cuckoo Down Farm, West Hill EX11 1UE

Burrow Farm, Broadclyst EX5 3JA

Children spend their days playing and exploring outdoors, with Forest School activities, ponies, sheep, chickens, watching the cows graze, exploring fields, playing in woodland and orchards, gardening and growing their own vegetables, picking apples. We also have fun, cosy indoor settings for meals, naps, cookery, storytime and all sorts of fun play as well. We also follow a mindfulness programme and have regular children’s yoga and mindfulness sessions.
